I am so honored to receive this accolade and it just proves what I’ve said since day one:
1. Be kind first and foremost.
2. Don’t be greedy. Yes, I am running a business, but this is neither a sweatshop nor an overpriced boutique. I’m here to help my clients either plan for an incapacity or death, or deal with these issues in their family. I reward my staff for a job well done and charge my clients reasonable prices.
3. Provide exceptional service and attention. It’s written on the first page of my website… “When you hire us, you become family, and we do everything we can to protect our own.” Also, I read EVERY email… not just the ones that may be time-sensitive or from the Court… and provide responses to your questions, either in writing or with a simple phone call. At Irama Valdes, P.A., we WANT our clients to be educated and informed. The more you know, the more manageable your case is to you and to your loved ones.
