Dear Clients, Colleagues, Family and Friends,
In light of new information regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), statewide and nationwide prevention efforts, and the developments that continue to take place across the country, Irama Valdes, P.A. will be taking measures to protect the health of our clients and staff.
As of today, we are asking all clients to follow suit with these preventative measures and work together in our civic duty to combat the rapid spread of this potentially devastating virus. We ask that any clients who are accustomed to dropping off documentation at our physical office location, to do so via a virtual medium until further notice. Currently, we accept document submissions via email and fax. Furthermore, any clients who have or will need appointments over the next few weeks will be asked to move those meetings to a digital conferencing platform (video meetings), or a phone conference call. We will be happy to walk you through the process of these virtual meetings (not all of us are techy, and we understand that!)
We understand that this may be an inconvenience for many, but we want to make sure that we are acting in the best interest of all our clients, staff and their respective families throughout this difficult time. We will continue to work diligently on all services for our clients, and do not expect a disruption of service at the current time. Again, we ask that you please avoid all physical visitations unless it is absolutely necessary. In the event that you need to come into our offices, please call in advance. The timeline of this adjusted protocol is unknown at this moment, but we will continue to keep an eye on this developing story and update you as new information arises.
We thank you for your business and your patience. If there are any questions, or any clients who need help submitting their documentation via the above-mentioned mediums, we are available to answer your questions at any time.
Sincerely,
Irama Valdes, Esq. & her Amazing Staff
