Our support staff handles everything from e-filing, preparation of correspondence, phone calls, planning special events, personal assisting, client management, accounts receivables, running firm errands, and special projects. Anything and everything to make sure the attorneys and legal professionals can concentrate on our most important person: THE CLIENT.

Reception and Assistant

Danielle was born in Venezuela and raised in Miami since the age of 4. What began as a career in healthcare eventually turned into a path to the virtual business world. Danielle started as a virtual receptionist/assistant in 2011 where her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service quickly became evident as she opened her own virtual office company.

Danielle takes pride in being one of the friendly and professional voices that callers first encounter when reaching out to IVPA since 2020. She makes it her goal to ensure seamless communication with callers, allowing staff to focus on what they do best: getting the work done efficiently and effectively.  Danielle enjoys spending my free time with her husband and two daughters wherever the sand meets the sea.

Carolina will probably the first person you speak to when calling our offices. Her bright disposition, empathy, compassion, and willingness to help makes her an amazing first impression of the firm. Born and raised in Miami, Carolina has been working in customer service since she was 15 years old. Carolina accurately reflects what IVPA is all about: caring about our clients as if they were family. We often get feedback about Carolina’s professionalism and exceptional customer service and we are so happy to have her.  In her spare time, she loves customizing shoes, taking her dog for playdates and enjoys traveling with her closes friends to new places.

Legal Billing Specialist

Denise works hand-in-hand with all of our team members to provide the swift resolution and/or distribution of estates, guardianships, family law cases and real estate matters, by ensuring that all invoices are prepared accurately and efficiently. Denise’s background stems from over 15 years as a billing specialist for several law firms and CPA firms, small to mid-size.

Denise enjoys taking on challenges herself as well as giving others opportunities that challenge them to exceed themselves in some way.  She has a “can-do” attitude as well as a steady inner drive.  She’s happily married with two beautiful children, a son and a daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys gastro-discovery and spending time with her family.

Client Relations Manager

Jacqueline, or as we affectionately call her, Jackie, is a graduate of Coral Park Sr. High. Jackie is patient, empathetic, a great listener and has the most positive outlook of anyone we know. As our Client Relations Manager, Jackie may be one of the first people you interact with at IVPA. Jackie’s role is to ensure that clients receive top-notch service and to follow up with some of our favorite past clients. She is an excellent collaborator and has great interpersonal skills.  When she’s not making our clients happy, Jackie dedicates her time at her son’s school volunteering as Room Mom and on the School’s PTO (VP and Treasurer as of late). She works diligently on multiple fundraisers and events to support teacher’s and children’s programs. Her hobbies include spending time and enjoying the company of her family with her amazing daughter, son and incredible husband. She also enjoys working out, baking, organizing, watching Hallmark and her never gets old Soaps – General Hospital, Days and Young and the Restless. She also (and we quote) “Love, Love, Love going to Disney with the fam.”

Administrative Assistant

Chloe joined the team as the Administrative Assistant to Irama Valdes, Esq.. Chloe brings a fresh perspective and drive having worked 3 years in customer service prior to starting with IVPA. Chloe is amazing at multitasking and has a keen eye for detail. She also has an incredible amount of patience, which, let’s be honest, she will absolutely need being Irama’s administrative assistant (we all know her high standards for efficiency and accuracy will drive even Mother Theresa a little crazy). She may even ensure Irama is kept alive and well so that the business thrives. She comes with experience in Project Management and enjoys completing to do lists and getting people organized.

Chloe comes to us from Texas and brings a bit of Southwestern charm to our office.

Legal Assistant

Michelle D. Ortiz Genet is a legal assistant at Irama Valdes, P.A. and joined the firm in 2023. Michelle dedicates her time to assisting our Paralegals and Attorneys in communicating with clients, preparation of files, pleadings and correspondences. Michelle graduated from Coral Park High School with her high school diploma in 2022 and is presently attending Miami Dade College in pursuit of her AA in Business Management. Michelle aspires to be a lawyer one day and is enjoying the hands-on experience IVPA offers.

Law Clerk

Miguel was born in Miami, Florida. He began to help his dad as a carpenter and clerk at the age of fourteen and learned many business and communication skills at an early age. He has, since graduating from Killian High School (go Cougars!) earned his Associate in Arts in Business Administration from Miami-Dade College with honors in 2022. Currently, he is enrolled at the University of Miami studying political science and economics with a minor in business law. His most important lesson: personal touches always matter. Whether it’s remembering a personal anecdote or treating the client like one of the family, it is so rewarding to make those you are working for feel like they are just as important as the project at hand. When he’s not studying, he enjoys playing piano and guitar, practicing martial arts (working towards his brown belt), and playing dominoes with family.

Miguel assists our Attorneys and Paralegals in the preparation of pleadings, correspondence, and legal research.
