DANIELLE IGLESIAS

Reception and Assistant

Danielle was born in Venezuela and raised in Miami since the age of 4. What began as a career in healthcare eventually turned into a path to the virtual business world. Danielle started as a virtual receptionist/assistant in 2011 where her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service quickly became evident as she opened her own virtual office company.

Danielle takes pride in being one of the friendly and professional voices that callers first encounter when reaching out to IVPA since 2020. She makes it her goal to ensure seamless communication with callers, allowing staff to focus on what they do best: getting the work done efficiently and effectively.  Danielle enjoys spending my free time with her husband and two daughters wherever the sand meets the sea.

CAROLINA VALVERDE

Reception

Carolina will probably the first person you speak to when calling our offices. Her bright disposition, empathy, compassion, and willingness to help makes her an amazing first impression of the firm. Born and raised in Miami, Carolina has been working in customer service since she was 15 years old. Carolina accurately reflects what IVPA is all about: caring about our clients as if they were family. We often get feedback about Carolina’s professionalism and exceptional customer service and we are so happy to have her.  In her spare time, she loves customizing shoes, taking her dog for playdates and enjoys traveling with her closes friends to new places.

As our Client Relations Manager, Jackie may be one of the first people you interact with at IVPA. Jackie’s role is to ensure that clients receive top-notch service and to follow up with some of our favorite past clients. She works diligently on multiple fundraisers and events to support teacher’s and children’s programs. Her hobbies include spending time and enjoying the company of her family with her amazing daughter, son and incredible husband. MIGUEL PERMUY

Law Clerk

Miguel was born in Miami, Florida. He began to help his dad as a carpenter and clerk at the age of fourteen and learned many business and communication skills at an early age. He has, since graduating from Killian High School (go Cougars!) earned his Associate in Arts in Business Administration from Miami-Dade College with honors in 2022. Currently, he is enrolled at the University of Miami studying political science and economics with a minor in business law. His most important lesson: personal touches always matter. Whether it’s remembering a personal anecdote or treating the client like one of the family, it is so rewarding to make those you are working for feel like they are just as important as the project at hand. When he’s not studying, he enjoys playing piano and guitar, practicing martial arts (working towards his brown belt), and playing dominoes with family.

Miguel assists our Attorneys and Paralegals in the preparation of pleadings, correspondence, and legal research.
