ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Rachel A. Moreno is an associate at Irama Valdes, P.A.. She graduated from St. Thomas University in 2023 and became licensed by the State of Florida as an attorney the same year. While being a young attorney, Rachel has had amazing experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Guardianships, and Probate. Before joining Irama Valdes, P.A., Rachel was the President of the Elder Law Society at St. Thomas University College of Law and successfully coordinated the Elder Law Symposium for students, alumni, and all legal and legal-adjacent professionals. She was also a Certified Legal Intern for the Florida Department of Children and Families where she gained invaluable experience and connections. While at St. Thomas, Rachel received Dean’s list several times and also received a Commendation Certificate for her Pro Bono work.
Rachel focuses her practice on Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning, Family, and Real Estate.

Rachel was born and raised in Cuba and came to Miami at the young age of 13. Ever since, her success has been clearly defined by her incredible determination and grit. Rachel enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with loved ones.
